Hey Ladies/Mama's !

Do I have a super cute yoga inspired workout for you!!  In this video, instructor Ashley Galvin will lead you through a powerful series of moves that focus on strengthening your entire core, including your abs, obliques, and back body muscles.

After having my first child, my core was shot. I mean, it disappeared and never came back and that means a whole lot of weakness and lose skin going on (not fun). I got back into work about 3 months postpartum and it still seems like a hassle to go to town on work outs. I found this super awesome youtube video with a mix of stretching and core work which I think you guys will love.

You'll work each muscle group to exhaustion then take quick rests to stretch and recover before getting back at it. After  watching a bunch of videos online, I know that HIT ( high intensity training) works best to blast fat.

This class is effective on its own, but it can also be used as a finisher after your favorite cardio session. Grab a yoga Matt and try it out. It only takes 11 min.
